S & J are not the typical guys, they are outstanding in every way! Ultra professional, polite, accommodating, punctual, detailed oriented, thorough, and will go the extra step to make sure their customer is satisfied. VET owned and discounts for other VETs is more than welcome to their already more than fair price quotes. They treat the mold and build up opposed to just pressure washing it. As for the result, my house, property, and surrounding areas look fresh and new. Who knew I had brown roof? Seriously don't use any fly by day/night pressure washers, get it done right with S & J as its more than worth it!!!

100% would refer S&J Exterior Maintenance to anyone looking for a job done with professionalism and expertise. Shawn came out and made some suggestions for drainage before even taking on my paver restoration/seal project, which would prolong the life of the seal. After this work was done, Shawn and his crew came out and made my algae covered pavers look brand new. Big job- 4 car driveway and two walkways out to the lake. They look better now than they did when they were put down. Makes my entire property look better! I don't refer many companies but this is one I am fully comfortable and confident in referring to anyone looking for quality work.

I had two companies tell me that my pool pavers couldn't be cleaned and re- because of the oil-based sealant already on the them (put on by former homeowner). Shawn assured me that they could be stripped and resealed - just needed the right process, products and experience. He was 100% correct! I'm over the moon with their work and recommend them to anyone.
